EPICARTS is an arts based NGO established in 2001, running projects in the UK, Cambodia & China. It promotes the use of art as a form of expression & empowerment, celebrating the creative potential in those with whom it works - people of all abilities & disabilities.
With a focus on recycled plastics (linked to plastic clean-up awareness programs set up by other Kampot residents), home cooking that would nanny proud, various other righteous handmade products plus frequent live music/theatrical events - it’s an absolute pleasure spending time here.
Just don’t be surprised if the music is way too loud when you walk in - most of the staff are deaf.
