If you like soviet shit, visit Kazan - home to the Soviet lifestyle museum. I'd describe it a cross between a flea market, a museum and an acid trip.
I found it by chance down a little side street whilst trying to escape a downpour (Russian drainage is great) and wait for my CS host to turn up.
It's super interactive: slip into some old soviet lingerie while you peruse some old mags, a passport, catch a soviet jam session, play some board games or if you're tired like i was you can fall asleep upstairs and dream about Stalin.
I'm not massively into museums but this is GOOD.
